24NewsMarathi is a digital news publisher. We operate in full compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We adhere to the Norms of Journalistic Conduct and the Program Code as prescribed by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB), India.

3. User Obligations (IT Rules 2021)

In accordance with Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules 2021, users are prohibited from hosting, uploading, or sharing any information that:

5. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

We take content complaints very seriously. As required by law, we have a three-level grievance mechanism:

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Beed/Mumbai, Maharashtra.
